"I start with the premise that the function of leadership is to produce more leaders, not more followers." - Ralph Nader
We want to follow Jesus' model of making disciples who will make more disciples...who will in turn make more disciples.
People become leaders by developing character and changing attitudes to fulfill the role of a transformed life. Hence, one becomes ready to provide leadership starting from one’s own home and spreading to one’s own community. We have always focused on local communities, and identifying leaders within that community.
One of our tactics is regional conferences. At these regional meetings, leadership straining is conducted for groups of 100-500 leaders.
Another tactic is Advanced Leadership Training (ALT) in a regional setting. This training is for groups of 25-50 leaders.
