Meeting Together
Most cultures have a mainstream understanding of what a church looks like. It’s usually centered around some type of building that is easily recognized. The movement in north India, however, does not resemble that picture. It more often is small groups of people, meeting in a place accessible and familiar to that locality.

One of our key leaders describes church like this:
“A local church is a group of baptized believers who, in obedience to Christ, meet for the purpose of celebration, worship, prayers, instruction, encouragement, mutual accountability and disbursing with one commitment; to obey Christ until they meet again.”
In other words, church is not the building. It’s the people who meet there.
Facilitating the Movement,
